I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my family, have two adorable kids; and love simple joys of spirit and nature. I was born and raised in India. My parents who belonged to Uttrakhand foothills exposed me to simple Himalayan devotional culture.
To understand Yoga practices for my own personal practice, I trained as a Yoga Teacher in 2006. I am a certified Yoga Teacher from Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation, VYASA, Bangalore, India and from Mount Madonna Institute, Watsonville. Fascinated with all that I kept discovering over the years, I also ended up learning in depth about Ayurveda, Nutrition and Herbal Medicines through various certification programs and practice.

The power of Nature and Nurture can transform and heal each of us. Practices of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurvedic nutrition and dincharya rooted in Vedic wisdom and supported by modern science, can help bring balance to our breath, bodies and mind.

The Yoga of Living Deeply is a way of living in this world. To bring depth in each and every action. How we work and relax? How we eat, what we use, what we wear and how we treat others? To live in wisdom with Mother nature, Prajna.
